I have to say that the way I felt competing this past Sunday after a 4 year hiatus brought back memories of my early amateur competitions when I went into it without absolutely no expectations, truly as me vs me and I had missed this pure feeling as it is inevitable to be robbed of it some with each successive competition and start loosing focus of what truly matters.
I am overjoyed. I am proud. I am strong. I am beautiful. I am 53 and I love it!! Oh, and I love 
wellness!!
